Caroline Riady
Deputy President Director, PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk

Education
Ms Riady obtained a Bachelor of Arts in primary school education from Wheaton College, Wheaton, Illinois, USA, in 2004.
Work Experience
She started her career in elementary education, teaching in public and private schools in the US and Indonesia Later, she served as a lecturer at Pelita Harapan Teachers College, preparing future teachers to teach in rural, under privileged communities in Indonesia. In 2012 she started serving as Executive Director of Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk and in 2016 was appointed as Deputy President Director of Siloam Hospitals Group. In her present capacity, Caroline leads Siloam Hospitals networks with 41 hospitals.

Mr Alvin Lim
Group Technology and Information Security Director, Fullerton Health

Alvin Lim is the Group Technology and Information Security Director of Fullerton Health.
He brings with him over 20 years of experience in Technology and has held various senior roles with global investment firms and banks, as well as insurance and related companies. Prior to joining Fullerton Health, Alvin was with Shanda Group as Group Director, IT and Technology from 2015 to 2019.
Alvin holds a Bachelor (Honours) in Computer Information Systems from the University of London.

Mr Ronaldo Yacat Jr. is currently taking a post graduate course, Master in Innovation and Business at Asian Institute of Management.
He holds a degree in B.S in Physical Therapy, attended in M.S Health Informatics (undergrad) from University of the Philippines-Manila and Program Certificates from Health Level 7 (HL7) International and Ateneo de Manila University.
He has a 20-year career in Asian Hospital and Medical Center, started as a staff, and his contributions include JCI standards compliance in Management of Information (4th, 5th and 6th Edition), Data Privacy Compliance initiatives and Lead for Digital Transformation Projects. Goal is to help the organization to reach HIMSS EMRAM level 4 or 5 in the future.

Irene Kwan
Chief Executive Officer, TMC Fertility & Women’s Specialist Centre, Thomson TCM, TMC Care Pharmacy and TMC Lifestyle

Ms. Kwan Yee Man was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of TMC Fertility & Women’s Specialist Centre, Thomson TCM, TMC Lifestyle, and TMC Care Pharmacy in August 2019. She brought with her 20 years of invaluable experience in the pharmaceutical and medical industries, where she had played crucial roles in business development and expansion across Malaysia and globally.
After graduating from Liverpool John Moores University in the United Kingdom with a degree in Science (Pharmacy) in 1999, she began her career at one of Malaysia’s largest tertiary hospitals as their Senior Pharmacist. In 2018, she worked as the Chief Operating Officer of an IT project management firm in Malaysia, where she was responsible for projects throughout Southeast Asia.
She has also held key positions at leading pharmaceutical companies, where she managed principal accounts for the supply chain of pharmaceuticals and vaccines. In 2006, she ventured into the beauty and wellness business in Singapore, proving her entrepreneurial ability by successfully establishing and building the business and operations. This was followed by a stint at another one of the largest private hospitals in 2009 as the Pharmacy Manager, before moving on to become the Business Development Director of an IT healthcare software company in 2016.
Her knowledge, experience and skills in the healthcare and wellness industries are evident in her strategic planning, business development and compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Health (MOH), the Pharmacy Board of Malaysia and other regulatory agencies. She is proactive, results-oriented, and adapts well in a fast-paced environment and has an impressive track record of high standards of professional practice, ensuring that the business activities and strategies successfully achieve the desired outcome.

Dr Kenneth Tsang
Chief Executive Officer, Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong

Dr Kenneth Tsang provides leadership for Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong, a state-of-the-art, multi-specialty tertiary hospital under IHH Healthcare. Dr Tsang leads development strategies to build the hospital’s clientele and reputation within Hong Kong and develop the hospital’s capabilities to provide excellent and innovative healthcare services at a regional level. With the aim to foster Gleneagles’ growth into a leading healthcare brand both locally and regionally, Dr Tsang also steers the hospital’s development in the realms of digital health, clinical innovations and clinical research.
Dr Tsang joined Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong in April 2019 as Chief Operating Officer. He oversaw the hospital’s clinical operations and was responsible for quality, safety and risk management, medical affairs, specialist clinics, doctor recruitment, and operation and development of all clinical departments. He was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the hospital in January 2021.
Prior to joining Gleneagles, Dr Tsang was with the Hospital Authority in Hong Kong for over 25 years, first as a practising physician in the Department of Medicine in Queen Elizabeth Hospital. In 2009, he also took up part-time administrative roles at the Kowloon Central Cluster on top of his clinical duties. For the years between 2012 and 2019, he became a full-time medical administrator at the Hospital Authority Head Office taking up various management roles, including Patient Safety, Strategy & Service Planning, Infection Control and Cluster Services.
Dr Tsang is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine (Community Medicine), Fellow of the Hong Kong College of Community Medicine (Administrative Medicine) and Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators.
