Stephanie Ko is a Consultant in Advanced Internal Medicine at National University Hospital, Singapore. She completed her medical education at the University of Cambridge and University College London in 2013, after which she returned to clinical practice in Singapore where she was later Chief Resident of Internal Medicine Residency. She then completed a Masters of Public Health in Clinical Effectiveness at the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health in 2017. In 2020, she led the development of NUHS@Home, a technology-enabled hospital-at-home programme to care for patients who would otherwise be hospitalised in the comfort of their homes, which later expanded to care for >1000 high-risk COVID patients during the steep Delta and Omicron surges in Singapore. NUHS@Home is now planning for the next phase of development to expand the service to more patient profiles.

Chet was previously with Ananda Development PCL a leading Thai real estate group in the role of Chief Innovation Officer. Under Dr. Yong’s leadership, in July 2018 Ananda Development’s corporate innovation achievements were acknowledged via an Enterprise Innovation Award at the 24th Asia IoT Business Platform for the use of Big Data and Machine Learning technology to enhance business operations and in September 2018 Ananda Development was again successful as the Thailand winner of IDC’s Asia Pacific Digital Transformation Awards (DXa) 2018 under the Operation Model Master category.
Before Ananda, Dr. Yong was Vice President at regional health provider group Parkway Pantai and the CEO of its clinical diagnosis/pathology division Parkway Laboratories. As the company head and transformation architect, he achieved quick successful turnaround of the business by embedding innovation and digital capability within core operations. Early career experience includes time in management consulting as the Healthcare Industries Sector Leader and a Director with the Risk Consulting Practice for Deloitte Southeast Asia and as practicing medical doctor he held clinical leadership and operations management roles with Raffles Medical Group after serving within the public sector with National Healthcare Group (NHG) where he underwent

Yi Feng currently serves at the MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation (MOHT) in Singapore as a senior manager, where he is responsible for acute care redesign and evaluation, scoping of acute care delivery issues for quality improvement, piloting acute and post-discharge care innovations, building mindshare, consolidating collaboration with partner institutions, and profiling of patients using scientific methods.
