Stephanie Ko is a Consultant in Advanced Internal Medicine at National University Hospital, Singapore. She completed her medical education at the University of Cambridge and University College London in 2013, after which she returned to clinical practice in Singapore where she was later Chief Resident of Internal Medicine Residency. She then completed a Masters of Public Health in Clinical Effectiveness at the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health in 2017. In 2020, she led the development of NUHS@Home, a technology-enabled hospital-at-home programme to care for patients who would otherwise be hospitalised in the comfort of their homes, which later expanded to care for >1000 high-risk COVID patients during the steep Delta and Omicron surges in Singapore. NUHS@Home is now planning for the next phase of development to expand the service to more patient profiles.
